and brands for a premium tasting experience in Northeast Indiana. With hundreds of attendees expected,
exclusive barrel selections, premium pours, live entertainment, educational experiences, and highly engaged
bourbon consumers, this event creates a unique opportunity for sponsors to connect directly with a passionate
audience.
Barrel Sponsor – Bourbon Clubs, Vendor, Non-Profit (Not supplying Alcohol)
Investment: $250
Sponsorship Benefits
- Get 2 vendor pass ticket included (does not qualify for free Elijah Craig bottle)
- Up to 4 GA tickets at $75 per ticket (must be to support booth / table - regardless if before or after early bird deadline)
- 1 slot on bourbon stage (may have to be shared with other groups if too many presenters)
- Small logo on banner and any merchandise showing sponsors
BRONZE SPONSOR – Tasting Table or Liquor Store offering tasting
Investment: $250 Cash or ticket purchase AND $500+ in tasting product
Sponsorship Benefits
- Social Media announcement of participation in event
- Listed on website (small)
- May be combined with multiple distilleries into 1 table run by distributor
- Get 1 vendor pass tickets included (does not qualify for free Elijah Craig bottle)
- Up to 2 GA tickets free (must be to support booth / table)
- 1 slot on bourbon stage (may have to be shared with other similar vendors if too many presenters)
- Small logo on banner and any merchandise
- Recognition by DJ during the event
- No Priority table Placement, but will get opportunity to select table after Gold, Glencairn, and Title Sponsors
GOLD SPONSOR
Investment: $500 Cash or Ticket Purchase AND $500+ in tasting product per distillery

- Listed on website (small)
- May be combined with multiple distilleries into 1 table run by distributor

Investment: $1000 Cash or Ticket Purchase AND $500+ in tasting product per distillery

Investment: $5,000 – Either they supply 750 Glencairn with their logo and FWBF logo or we purchase (with lanyard)
